I myself monitor the delivery of the painting and inform the buyer about it. After I receive your payment I will have your order in the mail the following morning.
Return Policy. Please read the return policy
- To avoid delivery problems, please make sure you provide a correct and complete address when placing your order. Items returned due to an incomplete address are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
- You may return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it.
- Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
- Buyer pays for return shipping. Returns for merchandise damaged in transit are at the seller’s expense.
- Once the painting is received and inspected for damage, I will complete the refund within 3 business days.
